there are many many many paths to health & they are all very individualized. What works for some many not work for others. That is up to the individual and they are allowed to choose. Free will. Some of us have found balance and are maintaining at goal weight. I hope you do as well. However your snide remarks are unwelcomed in a forum meant for support.

I think they are the same except i can't have the Nature Valley brand because they aren't kosher (i think it was the glycerin or gelatin)

Check with your Team immediately. Most meds that are tablet form can be spilt/broken in half to swallow easily. You need to have your med situation sorted prior to surgery because some Surgeons require you switch from extended release formulas to standard meds. Sometimes this means a change in meds altogether. Good Luck 💜

Mega Catch Up: August 6-10th 6. I'm off the sauce. Permanently 😳 7. I finally responded to someone I've been ghosting for weeks, does that count? 8. I almost made a crustless cheesecake but I was too tired. Been stew it is 🏆 9. I actually drank less because I fell asleep early. My nightly potty schedule didn't get the memo 😒 10.
