I think this show maybe responsible. Before WLS I didn’t know I qualified/insurance would cover it because I wasn’t 600+ lbs 😔

You’re right about maple syrup 🔥 It’s so good... when it’s homemade, the store bought version is essentially a very large cracker. It’s the equivalent to store bought vs bakery fresh Its similar to roti but without any leavening agents so it needs to be cooked right (made thin and fast: hot griddle, crepe maker, tandoori oven 😂) -

That warning is on so many things these days. I saw it on a bentonite clay I wanted but ultimately didn’t get. It’s a double edge sword: good because knowledge is power but on the other hand it gets overwhelming. If you decide to stick with them, call the company and ask why about it. Good Luck ❤️ -
Yes! I can’t even watch a show like the Great British Bake-off unless I’ve already eaten or I will suddenly need to make dessert 😩

When I was early post op and homebound, I completely stopped watching TV commercials (and eventually TV) because they started prompting cravings. If you can find what is causing your cravings and try to work around it or remove it, hopefully you’ll be able to “quench the crave” *Also you may need a bit more fluids because it’s possible you’re thirsty Congratulations on a successful surgery and good luck ❤️

I understand! I had to start giving things away or make much smaller portions when I was pandemic baking. In the end I stopped completely because I didn’t want to gain. -

Long time since an update: Still with the BF and things are going well. Living through the quarantine stage was odd but not terrible. We actually decided to relocate together and so far so good ❤️
