At almost 4 yrs post op, I’m not sure if the Air fryer will change anything for me except less work cooking. 🙌🏾 For example, I tested my wing eating capacity a few times and I can only eat 3-4 (half pieces not whole traditional chicken wings) and I am surprised because that still seems like an awfully small amount to me. -

I received one but never had to use it and I recently threw it away. Most places would let me order just side items instead of appetizers or entrees without a problem. I have ordered off the children’s menu at Chipotle where it made sense because of portion size vs food type.

Does it taste like beef to you? I made one for my BF a few months ago and he swore it tasted like meat. Then he had one at a restaurant and it was very big, I forgot to take a pic because I was shocked. He asked me to taste test it first because he didn’t know if he would be able to tell if there was a mix up & was given a beef burger 😅 (He said oh well and dug in anyway) -

They look awful and runny in my bowl because they’re on top of salad instead of something like rice, potatoes, naan, etc. that soaks up the moisture (plus I didn’t add potatoes or carrots to help the texture) This is the appealing version: They taste like ... lentils!?!?! 🧐 someone please help me explain the taste/texture 😂 -

If you can have unlimited vegetables, try making a soup/broth that you can eat/drink whenever your headache starts. Congratulations on the upcoming surgery! -
