I cannot for the life of me understand why people think wls is cheating or the easy way out... Also anything you thought you would finally do after surgery or at goal that no longer mattered when the time came? I thought I would be juicing daily like I used to, now I can't afford the carbs... Maybe in maintenance mode

Anyone tried stevia, or splenda (both know to cause diarrhea in large doses)? When I feel backed up I add some to tea (like 6 packets) and within 3 hrs I'm completely cleared. But consult physicians first -

I don't miss food nearly as much as I thought I would, I only feel a pang of longing when I'm at the movies and smell the popcorn -
I got it from Walgreen's pharmacy but I have seen it in Walmart too.

Yogurt yes, Mostly Greek yogurt is recommended because of the protein count. Fro-Yo, I'm not sure when you can add that

Finally came off a 2 week stall, I was 199 now 194. No rhyme or reason to my stalls at all. I don't weigh myself at home, I only trust the scales at the physicians offices.
