I took whatever amount came standard in multivitamins I however did supplement with LLysine and prayer Google telogen effluvium for a better understanding of the hair loss you are experiencing. There's a lot of helpful info out there but in the end you will have to do what you feel comfortable doing. -

I meant which ever leaf you chose for the salad, the problem is that they are generally bulking items now, which is good down the road, but I think your team will know best on why they don't want you to have it raw, ask them about wilted and see if that will make a difference. Try using smooth move tea or something similar and even stevia or sugar substitutes as they can cause a laxative effect in higher amounts, but discuss with your team first.

Tested it out again and it think it is more malabsorption than laxative effect (TMI- texture, smell, etc.)
