Thanks! Mostly just walking, a little bit of running ( trying to keep these knees forever lol ) and a little bit of weight training. I am mostly strict with my diet except vacation at 4 months post op and birthday celebrations at 8 months post op (only times I saw fluctuations instead of just stalls) other than that I stick close to plan. Nope, there are repercussions, dumping, stalling rebound eating, triggering bad habits.
