  1. Now you may have to eat and train like an athlete, I suggest YouTubing information on it (after speaking with with your team of course) but it is possible, hard like all the rest of the population transforming their bodies, but possible.
  2. This may be your set weight. The predicted goal is not always achieved. Not saying you can't or won't get there but it may be a monumental struggle, be prepared to work like crazy.
  3. Before you go all the way to the liquid diet again, what is your regular diet? Can you give examples (honest)? Also intermittent fasting is an interesting prospect if you can handle it...
  4. So no gaining, just no loss? How long has this been trending for?
  5. Unfortunately not all cals are created equal and sustained weight loss is trickier than cals in cals out. What are you eating? Carbs as in bread and pasta or carb counts (macros) ? You may need to reconnect with your team for a revised plan and do a bit of research to get over this hurdle. Google (scholar) and YouTube (Doctors,NUT,Trainers) can be great resources Research glycogenolysis, gluconeogenesis, lipolysis, and ketogenesis.

    Why so slow???

Premier is good, maybe adding ice to it, anyway to get a lot more water in. 72oz is ok but you may need more... Let us know what your NUT thinks! I lose slow AF but researching helped me to understand it a little better. Especially what I could do to improve my chances, but ultimately my body will dictate where i land

    Why so slow???

Can you bump that water intake up? 24 oz before breakfast shake? Also what kind of shake? And how many grams of sugar? Its interesting but weight loss is not as simple as cals in cals out, its also types of calories. Too much sugar will prevent you from loosing. Google glycogenolysis, gluconeogenesis, lipolysis, and ketogenesis when you have time.

    Why so slow???

I'm not I'm your bracket but I lose slowly as well. What is your pure water consumption looking like? And can you give examples of your meals (be super honest ,no judgment) because not all calories are created equal.
  9. Last time you saw your team? Highest weight? Age? Height?Type of surgery? Current diet type? Current exercise type? Medical complications/medications? Major life changes since surgery?
  10. Follow your plans as close as possible and don't move your calories up unless explicitly told to. Your body will adjust and dip back into weight loss so don't worry about starvation mode As seen in the actual starving masses, if you don't eat ,or don't eat enough, you will lose weight. That's is why these surgeries work (along with other metabolic changes that occur). To get you to the point where you cross beyond starvation mode and actually start consuming fat stores. It takes time and work so be patient Google ketosis, lipolysis and the mechanisms of weight loss when you have any doubts. Safe Journey!

    Scar Treatment

I scar terribly so I consulted with my dermatologist and she suggested silicone patches or sheets. I have not started yet because I'm lazy and no one sees my stomach lol Also I've thought about it for a bit and I'm pretty sure if I really wanted to speed up the disappearance of the scars I could use my prescription retinol cream on it.

    Missing Food

We need some bariatric substitute Pinterest leaders... Food exercise lifestyle, I'd follow
  22. My surgeon required that I have it for about 2 weeks to draw out excess fluids from the surgical site. Some surgeons do not use it. Its a mater of practice and preference. I like to believe that every little precaution and step my surgeon took lead to my flawless recovery.

  25. Can you store them at your gym as incentive for going? Can you stop buying bulk items that will potentially ruin your goals. Have you seen your NUT or team and asked for additional supports like group meetings or a revised plan to accommodate your lifestyle? If you want to be successful you really need to make some changes and the sooner the better. I don't know if you heard this info but we have a honeymoon period of weight loss where its almost effortless then afterwards you have to fight for every pound lost. You may be squandering your opportunity by indulging in things that won't help with weight loss.
