    Has anyone tried any types of bread??

    When on your plan are you allowed to venture towards breads again? What types of modifications does your plan suggest for common foods? My plan said although not recommended bread starting at 6-8 months post op. Suggestions for modifications were low carb, fat, calorie varieties. Talk to your NUT, they may ask you to stay away from white varieties or whole grains, but they would have some specific reasoning behind the recommendation. I'm 9 months post op, I don't eat bread. I use lettuce as bread lol.
  2. I woke up how you described (my first time under) and I was just happy to make it, so I prayed to orient myself. Then back to the weird dream state. I just went with it. A couple hours later I was fully lucid.

    I'd recommend Europe in late spring these days... Weather has been so unpredictable it may feel more like winter in early spring...

    Calorie intake

    Anyone who has seen my confessions (another thread) knows I struggle with low quality water. I can't drink it at all. I can only drink, high pH, alkaline,mineralized, foreign waters. Not all water is the same...

    I Said I Wouldn't Do It....

    Eating the same foods help, not super fun, but super effective to know your intake . Always salmon, chicken breast, ground turkey, steak , etc then you only need to adjust amounts consumed. I use the same version of MFP and instead of entering breakfast lunch dinner, I enter everything in breakfast under a multiple add, sooo much quicker (plus I already know what I'm going to eat)

    Nausea 11 months out post op

    I'm 9 months post op and I get nausea only sometimes in the morning or food based (random)
  10. For dinner I had little squares of: Tiramisu, Rugelach, Macaroon, watermelon, strawberry, cantaloupe at an affair. Totally worth every bite. I tend to save all of my food splurges for worthy times...otherwise I only bought one bottle of Voss this week...

    BTW You'll find out after labs if you're absorbing the vitamins ... That's also a problem You can take them all the day long but if they aren't being absorbed you'll feel the deficiency

    How's your sleep patterns, b vitamins, iron and water intake? Lacking adequate amounts of any of those things will make you hit the wall . CONGRATS!!!!

    Only at Doctor's appointments, I lose slowly and stall often. I'd go mad if I was weighing at home.
  20. Congrats on the safe pregnancy and delivery!!!! The more liquids in you the more breast milk you'll produce, however limiting calories too much may not be the best plan because you will have a very hard time keeping up with life (and a new born) on low energy I've seen a lot of people on social media (Instagram etc) go super hard with their plans being extremely aware/routine and loosing the baby weight. Eating protein , dairy and vegetables Nothing else Safe Journey again !

    Alternately Chobani Greek (original plain non fat) is : 120 cal ,9g carb (6 sugar), 0g fat, 22g , protein per 1 cup serving (227g) add your own sugar free flavors (torani syrups, various water flavorers or just fresh fruit)

  23. That would take a qualified app developer, which they may not have, and from my user experience across multiple app platforms that seems to be the case...
