    Extra paprika ! It is so good! The sauce the beans marinated in is at the bottom and I used it like dressing : lime juice, water, tumeric, cayenne pepper, ancho chili powder, onion and garlic powder, tumeric, black pepper, basil, parsley and a dash of hazelnut oil

    No, I have Whole food, and several indie coops I shop at (plus Walmart and a few other regional grocery chains) they all have some variation on spiced syrup but none are sugar free, sigh. I may buy online 😓

  6. Let me tell you all: I was born to be a vegetarian. I had to do a cleanse just to set my system right... I will still be cleansing for a few more days, thanks Smooth Move tea! Lol That's why I was a no show... it was a shorter fast for me because , well it's the weekend and I don't usually fast on Saturdays. Today I had oatmeal (rare) and yogurt together, the salad below and a mini kind bar (something else but I can't remember) & banana protein shake in iced coffee (really good) thanks @FluffyChix MPF says I had 1000 cals, 92g protein, 70ish of carbs, I ignore fats, I eat enough nuts to know it high... So here's my salad. Black bean and avocado salad. Water tea coffee on repeat...

    Measurable weight fluctuates all of the time most people's progress looks like spikes & stairs instead of a straight line down, scales don't always reflect the work you put in, try looking at other indicators for your progress also like measurements and how clothing/shoes fit. Unless you are deviating from your plan, you will see it happen eventually. Try to be patient, as hard as it is...

      Of what indeed. I thought at first I should give up coffee, nonsense.h Then I thought I should go out for coffee with friends more. Then I thought I should go to Italy for coffee with friends and get a new maker...

    I organized my pantry, cabinets and refrigerator to suit me andake all of my iteams more easily accessible. Everyone else had to struggle a little to get to their items... Oh well I brought baby wipes to the hospital to substitute for the baths I'd miss Congrats!

    Complaint: I can't seem to find pumpkin spice sugar free syrups, they know how popular the flavor is, why isn't available sugar free? Suggestion: I think I'll dabble with making my own 😓

    Ugh PMS

    I completely understand! I've noticed that certain times of the month I need to eat more than others. This usually coincides with PM's/menstrual cycle. So instead of letting all my good choices count for nothing, I start eating alot of super low calorie foods as fillers along side my main dish if I need it like Salads, or have seaweed snack slips like they are chips (your taste may vary from mine), and I drink a ton more. I keep reminding myself that it's not me being ridiculous, it's a biological response and I will work (smartly) with it instead of punishing myself.

  24. Great loss @Matt Z I just got a box of the 100 cal mini kind bars because the big ones have too much sugar and cals for me, even though the go down just fine...
