    Food Before and After Photos

It's turkey but you can't tell the amount by the way it's folded, it's roughly 2.75 servings (bird's-eye view is deceiving)
  5. So beforethe end of my fast I tried to eat some yogurt, had about 1/8th a cup before I realized that it had expired while I was away. Couldn't tell but tossed it anyway, then I had a piece of turkey jerky, nuts and seaweed snacks. Let's call that another 500cals lol I like to overshoot.
  6. Hehehe always a love fest Everyone is doing so well!!!

Hope you surgery went well and you are basking in the knowledge that you are now on the losers' bench with the rest of us! Congrats! Speedy recovery. Sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk!

  9. Sigh, I have no one to tempt me lol... That's a pic from the other day, my sister's spare room, the only place I take full body pics. My bedroom is minimalist empty I know I have body dysmorphia because I see myself inaccurately , here I look huge, when I was huge I thought I wasn't that big. I know I need help lol
  10. 🔥🔥I hope you know the after photos will be flaming hot🔥🔥
  11. Awwww thanks I appreciate the 💟, you look smaller than me tbh... And obviously gorgeous but honestly after flex fasting for the last month I've noticed a difference in how I look even if I don't lose weight, which was never my purpose, I can't help but feel like the fat is disappearing in different place than before. IDK am I crazy? I hope not...

    Food Before and After Photos

Paleo turkey wrap , ~27 g protein, ~300 cals Organic agave Peanut brittle (too sweet had to toss the rest) cals unknown but let's just round it up to 500 lol
  13. Sometimes I feel like the shortest person ever Measurements: 5'3" or (5'4" according to the DMV), 160, arms 11", bust 38 DD, chest 32", high waist 34" and 37" across my baby bump I'm sporting from a decade ago, hips 41",thighs 22". Some of these things will never move without plastics. *Corrections*
  14. Not yet, youre Perioperative and still at risk for some major complications. Hold off/out as long as you can https://www.verywellhealth.com/marijuana-and-surgery-3156981 https://www.google.com/amp/s/hightimes.com/health/safe-use-cannabis-after-surgery/amp/
  15. You make me want to start a project... Uh oh.... The peer pressure is too strong.. must go to JoAnn's Fabrics... Now...
  16. I also have not lost a lot of weight lately, but my body looks different. So maybe it's a plateau where things get repositioned.
  17. Food for the day: Rotation of teas, water and even a coffee w/PP! Turkey paleo wrap (lazy, need to go shopping) Peanut brittle from my local health food store (too much sugar sadly so this is the last first and time) Maybe yogurt later, doubt it... Around 58 g protein (include PP) Lost count of oz of fluids Non fasting hours 3-9pm
  18. I'm a true believer in letting your body guide you and mine is whispering "bi+¢h, you're not even hungry, have some water..." Lol
  19. We promise we're ok @FluffyChix I love my hair too much to compromise losing it lol I am vain too!

  22. I hear you I do, but I'm not sold on the higher standard. I think I can phase in and out getting the recommendation and be ok. Only in perfect conditions does anyone always get the minimum, what about all the people who are culturally plant based and never ate meat sources. They still do fine. I have been vegetarian the majority of my life from childhood, before becoming hardcore vegan then flexing in and out of eating meat. Still I cannot tolerate it well. I have to fight to eat it. I cannot always struggle to eat things I don't tolerate base on a blanket recommendation made by a panel of 4 on the board of the WHO or other organizations. I have to do what's right by me personally. I fight my NUT and surgeon on this constantly. They have conceded and agreed to let me flex the amount *sometimes* and support my transition back to vegetarian at the 1 year mark
