    "What has changed"

More kindness and compassion in all aspects of life, it would be so nice. Great post.
  3. Nuts. All nuts. I have food restrictions so when I'm on the road they are a safe haven for me. I can eat them no matter what, I'll always have nuts, any country on the planet. Lol

    🎉Amazing Happy Surgiversary🎉
  5. Hi! Apologies about the family stressing you out , we all would hope our supports would be supportive but not always the case. You've got us now! I did not have my surgery in Mexico so I'm no help there... But there are a lot of threads of people's experiences if you search and this site even owns/is affiliated with a hospital in Mexico! I can tell you eating/drinking at the same time is not a big deal (it's only 30 mins, you can start now to get a feel for it), the other lifestyle changes are not that hard if you are resolved to make it your lifestyle. Everything will be slightly easier (mentally) if you want it and are less resistant. Even complications will seem less heavy with a hopeful outlook (all aspects of life) because you are more willing to face them and win. Surgery is a tool (exercise is a tool, proper diet is a tool) your body is the project. Maintenance is required to keep it in good form. You will have to work. It will not be easy, but it will be rewarding. What ever you choose, we support you!

I suspect I'm beginning maintenance but not certain,i have quite a bit of time left to still lose ( another year I think, we'll see) I will just continue with my diet mostly unaltered, revising only to strip it down again if things sneak in, though I doubt they will. It's simple clean whole foods with planned splurges. I like it , it's comfortable, I don't feel deprived... I'll land where I land. Long term I will rely on Intermittent Fasting & mostly plant based life style.
  15. https://holistichealthforlife.com/why-and-how-to-get-more-potassium-2/ Just I pinch of salt should do
  16. IDK mostly through food, except pesky iron!!! I can't handle red meat well, blackstrap molasses will probably put me in a coma, and I eat tons of leafy greens... Still have to get infusions every couple months unless I decide to just eat rust...😂😂😂😂😂😥😥😥
  17. Cream of tartar, Himalayan salt, lemon water... Electrolytes to the rescue!!!!
  18. This is normal supplementation stuff, nothing to do with IF or even WLS. I have a lot trouble synthetic vitamins, basically all of them, so I have to be tricky and get them other ways...
  19. Oh ... Yeah so about once a month I add cream of tartar to a drink to keep my potassium levels up..

If constant weigh-ins are stressful, don't do them. Other things are of far more value to your immediate progress like tracking water/fluid intake in etc. Safe Journey

    To much for a meal?

If your surgeon says it's possible it's because they have seen it. Are you tracking or stay within limits? Start there to see where you are vs where you should be Safe Journey!
