    We want everyone to get used to drinking more pure water too many of us are relying on additives just to make it palatable or forgo drinking water altogether. But pure additive free water is crucial to many bodily functions. If you are closer to the 128oz of liquids it won't hurt to count them anyway you please

    Hmmmm, Rules ... I think fresh brewed green , white, herbal, etc without additives like milks (plant or animal) count as pure water but black and pre packaged iced teas do not. They count towards other fluids, like coffee, hot cocoa, etc. 45 oz pure water 90 oz fluids minimum seem fair?

    I chose MFP platform because a lot of us are using it at the recommendation of our teams. You can log everything there even weight! But for this challenge we will focus on hydration and weight. We want to see how super hydration effects fat loss, energy and over health . And we like to have like to have lots fun here! Added!

    Salads, not sexy but will significantly cut those cals down. Order everything with a side of salad (clean vegetables only) and start to focus on that part way through
