    Don't let Starbucks trick you with their treats (you know that's at least 1000 cals)!!! Come up with an action plan! I order plain coffees BUT now I ALWAYS get a side Trenta of Ice water (30oz) to make sure I stay hydrated. How do you handle coffee shops?
