Don't let Starbucks trick you with their treats (you know that's at least 1000 cals)!!! Come up with an action plan! I order plain coffees BUT now I ALWAYS get a side Trenta of Ice water (30oz) to make sure I stay hydrated. How do you handle coffee shops? -

@FluffyChix I'm also getting an ultrasound for gallbladder issues just to rule it out, I want to make sure my Dumping is just Dumping... Which it likely is with my luck ... And it probably from Fats. Sigh I just want to spend my days in bed with cannisters of Brazil nuts... -

Hahahaha Taking the sorting hat off ... I don't care about the past but I think I'm seeing a subsection of obesity prejudice where people are more responsive to other people's WLS if they appear to have been successful... This is the second time it has happened to me so far and I'm concerned... Am I going crazy? Probably
