I asked this question in website assistance a while back. Liking original content or responses (all activities I believe) increases scores that can directly increases rewards points to the BP Store. I make it a point to like everything (relevant) to pay forward the points to everyone. I even made a post about it forever ago. But yes to the heart of the rant: This site can be a mixed bag, but doesn't have to stay that way. Before I became super active, I called out bullying and some disagreed it was occurring. (I will leave it up to everyone to decide what they personally think) so I decided instead of leaving (like I wanted) I would try to make a haven in some spaces. Fun threads, extra positivity when possible, etc... Some balance. I will not engage in most debates these days because it's a fruitless task for me and I really just want everyone to be successful.

Everyone will feel differently. You may not get the full sensation until you are overfilled and that's no fun. It was suggested to me because I never got the signal fullness either early on that if there is a disconnect between the stomach and brain satisfied feeling, use portion control in it's place as a back up (1/8 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup , etc) Contact your team for more details!

Suggest not talking about ANY surgical related matters until the day before surgery. Try to focus on other parts of life. This can be so all consuming at times, might as well focus heavily on it only when it actually happens. Try to focus on her exclusively for a bit. DEFLECT What does she have going on? Thinking about trying Yoga or going back to school, etc. Safe Journey!
