    Nov 2018 Hydration Challenge

How far out from surgery are you? I can't speak for everyone but by 6 months post op I could "chug" with the best of them. Infused waters, water with enhancers for flavor and clearer teas count towards pure water count in this challenge also. Hydration is the goal. I would rather have everyone well hydrated by sustainable methods rather than struggle to drink plain water all day. Just add some plain water in too if you can handle it.

How many calories can a sleeve get in?

Congrats amazing job!!! 🎉You deserve all the carbs🎉 (my absolute only gripe being a photog is someone thought it was a good idea to have your pic taken while standing on the disability sign 😂 😥 💙)
  5. More stress removal techniques! Let me know what you think, because < stress = < fat
  6. Also consider asking about medicinal laxative teas and if you can have them occasionally. Get well soon !

    Eating

Try thinning the soup out with bone broth to reduce the cals and add a crunchy protein chips or cracker instead of Ritz crackers if those are worrisome to you. Measure and track everything! Safe journey!
  8. You may be have SIBO or another inflammatory type situation. Ask about that.

    Food Before and After Photos

What are your thoughts on ryvita vs Wasa crackers? Curious if you’ve tried wasa and prefer one over the other! I have tried Wasa for years before surgery and they are good, I chose the original ryvita crispbread these days because it was basically one or two ingredients. I like simplicity in ingredients.
  16. You should consult your team and ask if you can accelerate your plan stages instead of gambling each time you try something off plan. Their answers may surprise you Safe Journey
  17. So I went out with a friend and we ate a Pizookie together, I'm going to pay for it later... Lol It was too sweet, too rich, too many calories. More restaurants need diabetic friendly desserts. I'm glad it was the only thing I tried. It's like 1000000000 cals per square inch
