I never see anyone as far out from revision as I am (5+ yrs) post here anymore. Where are all of our Vets? Go with a surgeon who does a lot of revisions if you can. They may have more experience with complicated anatomies. Good luck!

Sounds a lot like SIBO. Ask for the hydrogen breath test from the Gastro doc, but in the mean time you could ask your primary to run a stool test to rule out common bacteria/parasites. Good luck!

Big decisions ahead! I think the size you choose should be according to lifestyle and personal style. Do you feel more comfortable with a larger cup size? Are you going for any particular silhouette?Since this is reconstructive will the implants be over or under the muscle? I wish you had more time to think but since you do not, try looking at models with a similar frame as you. As @ms.sss pointed out, cup sizes and band sizes look different than what we think especially when implants are thrown into the mix. Here are pics of me with a wide frame and small bust. The range is 38B and 36B (maybe A) , I had a breast lift without implants (surgeon wanted to place implants in a separate stage, maybe one day but I like being smaller now because my largest pre WLS size was 44G) It’s possible that you may go back to a 32 band size at your lowest weight, 34/36 was my lowest band size ever. Me! A few years ago i did this, honestly it’s was not nearly as swollen as a TT so i just moved a bit slower in and out of sitting positions. Other than that, lots and lots of pillow for support. Sitting was immediate for me (bathroom etc) but you could alternate laying on your stomach and sitting for a while.

I absolutely did talk about it if I thought things were getting serious because I started dating (again) right after surgery so my weight and eating style was still in flux. But further out it did/does not really seem matter. I am in a long term relationship now but if I wasn’t, I probably would not even bring it up unless I thought it was going to be a serious relationship.

Looking great! Very colorful and fun! I also stay away from looser clothes because I feel restricted by all of the additional folds of fabric, movement and noise they create. But I’m trying to let go of the extreme form fitting clothes too because they are beginning to feel restrictive in a different way.
