Woah, scary! And yes it feels like I'm dying when it happens, but because it happens so often, since France, I know I should technically survive it. Crazy stuff. Hope it was an isolated event for you! I'm away for a funeral so IF didn't happen for 2 days and the scale will definitely reflect it because eating all day is tragic. Plus hell week ( week before RedDeath lol) so I'm legitimately hungrier.
