    Hi ! Try to treat this as a rare indulgence. You can detour from the plan and head right back ASAP. At four months post op I vacationed and indulged in a lot of non plan foods, but went right back to basics when I returned. This lifestyle is for the rest of your life so try to find a sustainable balance. Safe Journey!

    Going to SO family house, I made bread: regular for them, gluten free for me. I don't plan to eat anything really off plan.

    Oh I remember now I was about 2 weeks out when I visited my family during thanksgiving (not my intention but that's another story) I was able to have : (Vegan) sweet potato pie filling, mashed potatoes & protein/coffeedrinks. Good luck!

    I told my new partner on the second or third date. I had an unexpected dumping incident and didn't want to have to lie about my behavior so I bit the bullet and told him. He didn't care (I suspect because he liked the current me and could careless about the past he was not a part of) And really why should I? I'm not interested in indulging in the past either. Whatever you decide good luck!

    Sooo, I asked a ton of people and got some surprising responses. Most people believe that over time these things can be revealed as comfort levels and familiarity increase. The consensus is that cell phones are like vaults for A LOT of information, not just potential infidelity, and people are wary to share that so soon. Hope that helps provide some insight on his reaction!

    I was in constant pain for about 2 weeks straight, then suddenly it stopped. You will get better, I may take a little time because this was a major surgery. Get well soon, congrats and Safe Journey!
