  9. IDK, but 120-130 seems too low for me. My hands, feet and head would not be aesthetically balanced.

    I suggest donating your current problematic pantry/kitchen contents to a shelter, soup kitchen or friends and starting fresh. As @Biddy zz said, go back to your original eating plan. Also setting small attainable goals, or joining challenges can help. There are a few going on but here is one I have joined Safe Journey 🎈
  12. I knew getting a scale would ruin my life!!!! Joking. I see a doctor on Friday and can compare their scale's reading to mine but it's moving downward. Also I'm adjusting clothing I just created because they are now loose. I totally thought I was in maintenance mode, now I'm not sure. Or if something more nefarious going on. Well I did just complete that hydration challenge too... We'll see

    No post op packet (that I know of) is going to say enjoy carbonated beverages. There are standards that are decided across the board and that is one of them. Ask your team for the real reason why carbonation is out for a better understanding and you can decide how to move forward. There is a stevia or natural another sugar substitute that is root beer flavored. You can add it to plain water. Safe Journey 🎈

    If you cannot gauge by feeling (I never could) try strictly by measurements. Don't exceed the amount for the stage you are at (1/8 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup ,1/2 cup, 1oz, 2oz, 3oz, 4oz, etc.) Safe Journey 🎈
  16. Hi! Sometimes it's stomach acid mimicking hunger (a PPI should help) and some people will be hungry 😢
  17. I would not have ate pizza , espresso and gelato at every meal while in Italy when I was 4 months post op. It was approved by my team, but i feel like I had to seriously work to catch up.

    I don't judge anyone, in fact I mind my business (unless they ask me a direct question, then I will tell them about surgery, keto or intermittent fasting) After all I don't go around providing fashion, makeup, business, financial and child rearing tips to strangers that didn't ask for it. Why should I give tips for weight loss (It seems like an incredibly narcissistic thing to randomly do)

    Trying to find Vitamins and Best Foods to Eat

    I alternate regular and gummy vitamins. It helps. Also food choices will be highly subjective. Some people do better with less processed foods and some can only handle Carby things. It's weird. You have to find your balance within your plan. But the better your habits and the more sustainable they are the more successful you may be
