Maybe its different because there was not a lot of space between surgeries for you so you have more of a rolling journey vs someone starting over after a few years? -
Same, So yeah about a month out I started eating things that looked like regular foods. Also I lost 15-17lbs the first month then stalled for a month if I remember correctly. So there is hope for slow losers @Yolie1977!!! Don't give up

Well... you could *start* blood pressure meds and never take them this never controlling your hypertension. Then *begin* the supervised diet but make no effort to lose, only maintain to so you don't fall out of the BMI range... Or walk the straight and narrow. Whatever you choose...

I understand completely. As long as you fully understand everything and are willing to live with the outcomes. I hounded my bedraggled team to the edge over protein levels and vegetarianism, using a straw and coffee. I've made my bed. Lol -

I'm ok, my Hematologist is also an Oncologist (I think) so I get my blood work done in a Cancer Treatment Center Portion of a hospital. Then waited around for the appt, results, hungry, more scheduling etc. Just a long day of being a patient. -

Yes, and I haven't been particularly good or bad. I'm confused. I'm so far out weightloss slows to a crawl they say, I started IF for other reasons and wasn't seeing alot of loss anyway. But I'll just cautiously watch. -
