I'll kick this off lol The heeled boots were presurgery and I was amazed they were so comfortable I bought 3 pairs. I lived in these, all day running around in heels. They were amazing. Now, post surgery I have one last unworn pair that are too loose and uncomfortable to wear without 2 pair of socks 😢 I try on a lot of different shoes but pretty much exclusively wear the ones in the second picture. They are a half size smaller and made for walking. Everywhere.

Thank you EVERYONE for the ❤ (So weird to be called an inspiration or motivation. I appreciate it. I'm just a person that shys away from praise, no clue why. But thanks.) Trying to stay accountable to myself and the forum with honest monthly updates.

Not much different between 12 to 13 months except for no reason at all I started dropping weight again instead of maintaining. Currently 153lbs. Anemia is ever present, knew I would be so I will resume IV treatments for that. Missing the summer, need a vacation from the cold. I'm always cold. Food choices are pretty constant, I'm boring and don't really need a lot of variation just rotation of my usual suspects. No clue what clothing size I really wear but it's between a small and medium, 6-8 totally depends on cut and designer. Dumping and food comas still occurs for me, random things like nut, meat, yogurt (lol, whatever) very mild reflux depending on food choice like yogurt, (lol whatever again) not taking anything for it because PPIs are more trouble than they are worth. If necessary I will get papaya enzyme and work with that. BUT overall still a good choice

I'm not sure you need to start over, but I'm not a doctor. You've had no regain, still losing, still in your honeymoon phase, one surgery flowed into the other ... IDK Anyone else experience something like this?

Well just for calorically dense things, salads I usually finish or get busy or bored with eating lol That's why I don't have a ton of after food photos...

I only ever felt real restriction with certain foods, I learned to stop by portion size. If I eat a raw carrot, broccoli, cabbage, I feel restriction. Poultry, fish and red meat depending in density and preparation, I will feel restriction. I had to pay attention to time (eat for less than 15-20 minutes) and bari-servings. I Never got the sniffles, sneezes, it any other signal of near fullness. Just the oh no, I'm overfilled sensation. No bueno.
