No clue, random nausea is always a mystery. Could just be your new reduced size stomach wiggled around too much in its new slightly too big housing, or random post workout hunger pings set it. Who knows! Either way feel better soon and keep up the great work 🎈

Follow Up: The Second Date. This one went much better. I'm actually surprised i decided to go. I was swayed by the possibility that the first one was nerve raking for him like interviewing, and I can be intimidating because I almost never seem nervous. I decided to remove food and stagnation and get active by choosing bowling. I got to analyze a lot of elements of his personality this way and he still seems the most genuine straight forward person I have interacted with yet. Our personalities are still not a complete match, but who's ever is. As the night closed we talked more and the past relationships conversation returned but with a lighter tone. I made remarks in regards to my personality being divergent from his Ex's and that I don't tend to dwell on prior relationships when moving into new ones, and he let me know that he doesn't either but he wants to let me know things ahead of time so I can know info that is relevant. So I can kind of see his perspective on talking about the but if I accept a third date and it comes up again as anythibg but anecdotal I will know for sure what it really is... And I don't have time for a project. He appears pretty down to earth not overly sugary sweet. Appropriately nice, ruggef around the edges, genuine and so far honest and straight forward about his intentions. Wants to see me again, Still tentative on my side. If I say yes, it will likely be sometime in early 2019.

It's not that's I can't drink plain additive free water, the problem is I can't tolerate low quality water. There is a difference. So if after surgery you find yourself with a water tolerance issue change brands and qualities until you find the "M-Class" of waters. Safe Journey 🎈

Oh I'm going to kick off another topic: tea laxatives. Y'all know I live in a cup of smooth move 1 bag on a weeknight as needed (on a weekend night 3-4 bags 12oz water. Don't go anywhere. 😂 For THE PURGE) But I ran out of that particular brand (but the Old West Indies family in me never let's me run out of anything completely) so I had pure Senna tea around that I use medicinally. The brand is Alvita. Y'all I forgot the difference. Smooth move is a proprietary blend with other herbs, Alvita is pure Senna. I'm always worried about the throning effects when I use any amount of SM, it's just so quick and liquidy, more cramping etc etc, but pure Senna give me a different quality, loose and ropey, not at all arduous. Even the odor is different. And this is comparable per amount used. Same rate of evacuation. I'm still going to use both lol. Anyone else notice?

I'm giving up my favorite clothing item ever.This Victorian/steampunk coat that I Love. This is a really tough call for me but the right thing to do because I can't tailor it to a smaller size without utterly disturbing it's beauty.
