GreenTealael replied to ummyasmin's topic in The Lounge
Oh I think I'm all tapped out. I've run the gamut of things I'm going to talk about, I'll just continue to participate in the ones I'm already in. LOL. No new threads. -
Now I'm mad.

I've never tasted milk of magnesia... -
Food comas , yes some of us get them from random things. I don't actually eat bread( the very few times I have it's always been some weird alternative I concocted, artisan gluten free experiment I tasted at someone's request, in a foreign country under the guise of another name, etc. So I can't say it's the bread because that doesn't happen often enough)

Chobani plain 0% Greek, SweetLeaf Lemon Stevia Drops, GreenFoods Ceremonial Matcha Powder (It's my lady jam) Or plain on top of a bean stew in place of sour cream I too gave up crazy artificial additives in yogurt.

Almost a year out and I'm very concerned
GreenTealael replied to ddeegan's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
1. Only a diagnostic test can confirm this. You should ask your team to consider one if you are really concerned. 2. Most RNYer slip into maintenance quicker than sleevers but it will all be individual. YMMV. Only way to know is when you maintain a weight for a long period. 3. It's all super individualized. Some higher some lower. Some can cheat the odds with exercise or genetics. There is no real true standard. You will have to find the pattern that works for you. Sorry that wasn't explained better. Safe journeyπ -

Do you think you have developed bulima?

CONGRATS on figuring out what works for you, and its not like when you finally hit Onederland you grow wings and magically fly away to a new world. You are still just as worthy as you were X amount of lbs ago. A scale cannot tell you who you are, who you will become, the quality of your character and not necessarily even the quality of your health. It can only generalize the force of Earth's gravitational pull against you. To me, and I may be alone, that just seems like pretty boring standard to live by.

How is everyone doing?

How's your progress going? πͺ

Well... wrap you scale, start your list & shop at your local prestidigitationer's store ππππππππππππ
