Thanks!!! The 4x (grey & ruffle arms) is tailored to a small now and will become a goal dress because it's too tight for my taste now. The new dress (black Gap brand) in a medium is perfect in my opinion, I *could* have bought a small but I like it this way , so much 90's angst, so I kept the medium.

Lol, No I never used ginseng alone, it may have been a minor additive to a tea blend, I came into knowledge of traditional medicine while I was pregnant and a lot of plant meds are unsafe during those times so I avoided things I didn't out right need. Traditional medicine brands & Yogi teas have a lot of odd blends. Amazon & Whole Foods. -
