There are tons TONS of options and you have a little time to work towards the goal but don't ignore or avoid it. Write down a detailed list of symptoms so you are clear about exactly what is/is not happening. Sorry you have to wait. If it's still happening, likely not related to just a singular food incident , *unless* you continued the pattern without stopping. (If you suspect/notice foods causing any issues stop immediately to assess, revert to prior food/clear stage for 12-24 hrs) Not a physician & this forum cannot replace sound Medical Care; if it worsens even minutely I would call emergent care to see if you should be seen Get well soon 🎈

I am still a Dr. V sub because he's honest about what he's selling (I don't need to buy it) And his advice is still spot on for most people not just the WLS community. Stop eating BS if you're gaining/regaining and he was like sure, yeah you may need to try IF to gain some control ...
