I literally pep talked myself through, sometimes out loud. Write it out, say it out loud, phone a friend, drink tea, water, shake on the rocks, shake blended with sugar free torani syrup, shake in decaf coffee, shake in the sunlight, shake under the stars, Netflix and Shake... You can do this. ❤

I refused to eat it until after surgery... So things change!

Ok strange thing is I only wanted to use timers consistantly and eliminate my use of protein cookies, don't judge me, but in the process I dropped out of a maintenance zone and lost around 7-8lbs... This far into the game that's nothing to gloss over. But I do need to keep some fat around for the possibility of Plastics. *Maybe* I'll slow down on them 😓. I have a box that I need to figure out how to gift... Maybe not 😓 Starting: 158ish Ending: 150ish Before and After photos
