So apparently im losing slowly according to my NUT. Only lost 10lbs in a month. And only two months out. We confirmed that I was actually stalled for 3 weeks. We are trying to figure out why and what to do about it because it was along stall May need to bump up exercising to 6 days a week. I started out in the high 240s and by surgery I was 238. Two months post op I'm 209 Not mad at all, would have never gotten here alone, so no biggie to lose slowly. Anyone else a slow loser?

I use stevia exclusively unless in a bind then sucrolose. Stur water enhancer and a few others use stevia, monkfruit, etc. Naturally they are expensive but you could always brew your own iced tea too [emoji738] -

No worries, everything here is just opinions and shared experiences. Speak with your prescriber, and as usual their advice is your best options [emoji6] [emoji738]

Southern Fried Tofu Super firm organic tofu, cornstarch, spices, Bragg's liquid aminos, oil. I had to quickly cook 3 bars before they went bad. These should freeze well. Two styles: super crispy and regular. They taste like fried Chicken (but I'm biased I was a vegan before) spices are key here -

I should restate clearly: I would caution anyone from using it strictly for weightloss without being aware of the Neurological implications and possible side effects... I'm not advising anyone to go off med, I'm not a Doctor. I'm advising people research medications thoroughly before starting them (especially something that I'm familiar with) so that they are aware of the risk/benefits balance. I think it's important to be well informed. That's all.

Semi gluten free flat breads! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Coconut , Almond and Wheat flours (1:1:1ratio) , xanthum gum, baking powder, stevia, olive oil, water... Pan fired/toasted/fried depending on amount of oil/type of pan used. I had to use some traditional flour because I need to perfect the measurements/consistency and to roll them Very happy with results. I could easily see replacing the wheat with unflavored protein and it working! Testing soon... Thanks @ummyasmin for the inspiration. I love substitutions!!! 💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟 -

Give them up again. You may need to practice saying no thanks. Even to yourself. -

Topiramate is used on and off brand for quite a spread of things. I would caution anyone from using it strictly for weightloss. Not worth the possible side effects. Not many prescribers choose this one for bipolar even if labeled under it's use. Google scholar can help you find med studies associated [emoji738]

Feb.14th: I did walk quietly to my support group. Lol it was wonderful to listen to the know it all tell everyone what to do. NOT. There is no picture of my anguish. Bariatric prayer: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never let me get too cocky, especially in the face of great successes and failures. Amen. I'm going to sleep early...

Many occurrences to report: Firstly saw on the CNN ticker that Coffee meet Bagel was compromised... Security and user information I presume. Interesting. But Castaway ha been returned to his Odyssey. I happened on the information that he did not save me as a contact in his phone. Since I was not a contact I decided no contact. Simple Goodbye. I've meet someone from Bumble but as much as we have in common he is constantly friendzoning himself. It's frustrating. He clearly would like a relationship but seems... Awkward? IDK. But we are not sparking. Ohhhhh well. I'm cool with it all. Lolz. How's everyone else's adventure going?
