  1. I will try! I got all the way down to 150lbs in Feb without trying but didn't like the looks of it. Now when I go lower I will keep plastics in mind as the ultimate goal so I don't scare myself πŸ˜‚ But im constantly talking myself in and out of that too lol
  2. IDK you maybe right I still feel like im drinking more than eating for certain but I will keep much better track now. Maybe 3-4 times and the usual suspects. I was not working on weightloss with IF before but now I will try for another 10lbs for the summer swimsuit season lol
  3. Ive always been lower protein than most so im not a good point of reference on that... Sorry. I've gone for 16, 16.5, 17, 17.5,18, 18.5,etc. I just would calculate my window according to when i start stop, you know. But im going to try and keep it steady for awhile. Sure post the Phinney links if its no trouble!
  4. Hi everyone! Ive decided to stick to a steady IF schedule for a bit instead of manipulating the time based on the day before. Anyone else trying that? Im thinking 12-6pm or 1-7pm Too many events appts etc has me compromising the length lately and eating later than desired. Bored with that...

    March 5 & 6th: The one person who sees me clearly is ... IDK. I think people see what they want to in me. I need to really think long and hard on this One thing i could have done better today was planning my time thoroughly so i didn't have to waste some of it waiting for the next event to happen.

    Can we talk about food aversion

    It can totally happen. Either you embrace it and eat what you can while making sure your nutrition is on point or keep trying new things. It nearly happened to me early on but my NUT put me on a rotation diet plan, thank the Creator. I've tried almost everything I plan to eat now but I still favor some pretty basic things * cough, yogurt * and I'm ok with that path. It works for me.

    Hi! The dryer and denser the protein (or vegetables) the more you will feel the desire to stop eating as you approach fullness or boredom. Slider foods can be healthy & still too high calorie and eating past the slight signs/signal of your restriction is completely possible. Watch out for that down the road. The stomach/sleeve/pouch eventually empties and you could be refilling it during that time as well if you are eating for too long a period Discuss with your team when you get the chance Safe Journey πŸ’œ
