Hi @thatch Try removing the oatmeal and protein bar. Go super clean. Try something different in the mornings like water then a smoothie or super bowl from chia seeds (fruit blended with protein powder or yogurt or cottage cheese) Remove the wilted spinach and eat it raw less goat cheese less nuts (weigh those bad boys) FIBER WATER EAT NO SNACKS... SORRY drink instead see if your weight begins to move again.

I shared and only ate about 1/2 or 1/3 of the bag, but... They are AMAZING Do me a favor and try for yourself 😍

IDK i would like to say all the little ones add up and being resilient enough to stay on my personal path although it has been laced with small scenes of disaster. An untrue story i tell myself is that thete are already doors closed to me that i can never open. Truth is i have never tried yet. It may still be ultimately true, but its a lazy way to look at life.
