Hi! Im super curious is it your bariatric surgeon that wants you to be resleeved or primary doctor? I ask because most dont offer this as an option unless you go self pay. & medical tourism then they will do whatever But thats just in the States... Have you ever considered asking about a conversion to RNY, DS or SIPS along with the resleeve? I dont know what caused your regain but it can be easy to eat around a sleeve's effecfiveness plus the risk of developing GERD may increase leading to the need for a conversion to a bypass anyway... Good luck whatever you choose 💚

I have 5 or 6 incision sites. 2 are still really obvious because my skin scars easily & terribly. Look to past scarring and healing to predict how your skin will react. There are also silicone scar therapy sheets that my dermatologist recommends to help fade scars quickly. Amazon and Walmart carry them. Good luck 💜

Speaking with your team helps especially the NUT. They may have real guidance based on your particular needs. Try changing/shaking up your routine to see if anything changes. But in my experience I removed things that have crept into my diet that I wouldn't have had if I was being super strict. -

You would have to contact the company directly. From what i know shopping in-store at GNC this is the only one they carry. There is also Vega brand and a few others that do basic flavors but i hear good things about Ghost flavor wise. You can always go the route of a plain 100% pea protein that is unflavored and you add fruit or peanut butter/PB2 powder to the mix. Good luck!
