  1. You can see it floating around, and it may just be stress of the season, influx of new accounts or the contagion that fear breeds. Negativity. Everyone seems constantly afraid of something and it becomes attached to surgery/weightloss because that's what this forums is for. General fear of failure, anticipation of regain, denial of insurance, surgeon error, marital status, auxiliary medical issues, etc... Did anyone really believe this was a great pathdecision, choice, etc from the start and is still standing by it? Can we share some (realistic) positivity for people who need to know it's totally worth it?

🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇WELCOME🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇 First congratulations on the safe surgery and minimal complications I hope. As others have said use measurements , clothing and even photos to see visible changes aside from what the scale may say. You'll do great! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

    GERD after VSG

This can only really be diagnosed by your doctor. Its possible that its just the influx of acids temporarily. I used a PPI for 2 months straight then discontinued. Use the meds and if there is no relief let them know ASAP. They may change dose or type. 💜 Congratulations on a safe surgery 💜

But it doesn't bother you so its your methodology. I NEED automation for things like food choices because i dont want to focus so much on it. Once in a while i begin to focus in again like i just had surgery... No bueno. Its all consuming and im still trying to lock down a sugar daddy 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Arsenic, Lead Found in Popular Protein Supplements

Thank you for posting this! I guess its wise to move to whole foods as sources of macronutrients as soon as possible like most Teams suggest "Protein products typically contain between 15 and 25 grams of protein per serving (although some do contain more). By comparison, a 5-ounce container of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt has around 17 grams of protein, and 3.5 ounces of chicken breast has 31 grams. Protein needs range from 0.4 to 0.6 grams of protein per pound of weight a day (that would be 64 to 96 grams per day for a 160-pound person). “That’s not a difficult amount to get in your diet, if you include natural sources of protein such as legumes, nuts, low-fat dairy, fish, and lean meats,” says Siegel. “You’ll benefit not just from the protein itself, but from all the other nutrients found in whole foods.”

I'll try this also because I can literally hear my stomach emptying... everyone can hear it 😂- but I think I'm already lowish carb most of the time, need to really check, but my fat content is usually high... Thanks for the suggestions 💗

    Throwing up

Hi! You could try completely halting on the foods that are giving you issues while you consult with your Team. Try going back to the foods/point on your plan that you tolerated and for 24 hrs then slowly incorporate new foods one by one. Also separate eating from drinking of you aren't already (not clear from the description) Contact your Team anyway but definitely if this continue to worsen instead of improve with time. 💚💚 Congratulations on a safe surgery 💚💚
