So I'm 155 again... IDK whatever. I see now why maintenance is a hot mess. I literally was at Olive Garden having soup salad and bread sticks followed by Halo Top this weekend / week expecting to be up and stay up. Nope I came down. Oh and had dumping from watermelon in front of my new bf & scared the 💩 out of him. Watermelon is now on the no fly list. Honestly im going to really strip back my diet again anyway. -
