  5. For me it meant forming much better general food habits & i learned those take some time to put into practice long term. Now somethings are automated for me. I can walk into a market and not be confused by what I can purchase, swap ingredients in meals like a pro, avoid traps (because they exist) order off any menu, indulge in brief flashes and then return to the program, eat on the road/abroad, etc. That was my first year advantage taking/leg up experience. It will vary.

Motivation, inspiration & wellness is the name of this game. To remind us all that we are whole actualized people and not just a collection of excess lbs to lose 💜

  10. You know im right there with you! 180s to the 150s tore my (mostly self esteem) body down. Those changes were rapid and not necessarily flattering. So every lb lost in the wrong place is sorely missed. Lipo & fat grafting here we come!

    Am I Doing This Right?

    Hi! Try much smaller sips to see if that helps or varying temps in liquids. But because your surgery is so new time will likely help the most. Gauge liquid and eventually food amounts according to the schedule/instructions you may have been given ( e.g. 15ml every 15 mins, 1 oz every 30 mins, 1/8 cup in 30 mins, max etc) if you aren't certain about hunger and fullness. Stop when you feel tightness because it just may be your indicator of being filled. As always contact your team for more instructions even if you feel like your bugging them, it's ok to get clarity when you need it most. Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS 💜
