Hahaha i have no stevia that will travel well in tiny wedding purses so im leaving them behind. I think this is the outfit I'll wear unless something changes It's a small top and an old size 12 formal skirt (when they meant it... None of this vanity sizing nonsense because it feels like a 6/8) so i can't gain an oz lol

Anyone still getting nervous for BIG events? Clothing/Food wise? I have to attend a wedding on Sunday and all i can think of is i hope im not bloated because my clothes is a perfect fit with NO wiggle room & i wonder if they will have stevia for my coffee around 😳😀...

Vegan Northern Indian Samosa Chat, 2 potato samosa w/ chickpea masala & various toppings (tamarind & mint yogurt sauces, parsley, rice crunchies- forgot to say no to all of these 😩) I *needed* stuff from the store and the cafeteria is in back After only... Only ate 1/3. Completely full & very spicy 😍 -

Take your time to decide but like everyone said you can go through the induction process, classes, etc to make sure its right for you. You can cancel whenever want up until the surgery. Good luck 💜 -

Sleeve patients can dump also. I too have no rhyme or reason as what will activate it. After talking to my team at my 1.5 post visit i decided to try to track carefully. Perhaps you can try to recognize and only eat the foods that don't bother you (safe fruits& vegetables, eggs vs meat, fish vs poultry, broiled vs baked, etc), no sauces, watch sugar macros carefully, and see a new team ASAP... Doctors will know best. Contact your team if you can but maybe try taking a short break from them (really hard I know to see if things improve) You may have developed an intolerance/allergy or it maybe something else completely -
