Yes its just the more scientific categorization of it What is the difference between calories and kilocalories? The "calorie" we refer to in food is actually kilocalorie. One (1) kilocalorie is the same as one (1) Calorie (upper case C). A kilocalorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water one degree Celsius. Hahaha i have no stevia that will travel well in tiny wedding purses so im leaving them behind. I think this is the outfit I'll wear unless something changes It's a small top and an old size 12 formal skirt (when they meant it... None of this vanity sizing nonsense because it feels like a 6/8) so i can't gain an oz lol

Anyone still getting nervous for BIG events? Clothing/Food wise? I have to attend a wedding on Sunday and all i can think of is i hope im not bloated because my clothes is a perfect fit with NO wiggle room & i wonder if they will have stevia for my coffee around 😳😀...

Vegan Northern Indian Samosa Chat, 2 potato samosa w/ chickpea masala & various toppings (tamarind & mint yogurt sauces, parsley, rice crunchies- forgot to say no to all of these 😩) I *needed* stuff from the store and the cafeteria is in back After only... Only ate 1/3. Completely full & very spicy 😍
