    Not on my particular plan, I was testing solids at 1-1.5 months But if yours deems it possible and you're nervous you can try taking it slow, only try approved foods one at a time, eat very moist solids, chewing to mush and stopping if you sense a problem. Double check with your Team to make sure it wasn't a misprint, typo or miscommunication. Good luck 💙

    5 days? That's too hard core for me 😂 plus I actually did promise my Team i wouldn't do long restrictive fast. The smoothie and vege days I *may* be able to swing... But congrats on the new foods additions!! Can't wait for you to try chia pudding

    I don't normally try EF or dry fast (except Yom Kippur) but i had several reasons to and it seemed like good timing. After this I'll move back to 20:4 then 18:6.

    So currently 36 hrs in the dry fast turned to a wet fast with a couple cups of tea & water for about 2 hrs then right back into a dry fast 😂

    My body also decided to slow down on its own but im not as restricted as most with carbs (mostly from vegetables) or fats

    Ahhhhh the joys of breaking the long fast NOT I had forgotten about the explosive BMs. Does this happen to anyone else, or am I a unicorn?

    Thanks !! Just a test that requires a fasted state. Yeah its weird, it calms the hunger right down especially dry fasts because nothing is being consumed.

    Since you are tracking everything you should be able to pinpoint when the weight gain began and what you were eating/doing when it happened. Sometimes things change once we transition from losing to maintenance and also when other life events happen I personally would use the information that I had been compiling to reverse engineer the problem. Hope you can find a solution soon 💙

    IT IS HARD, BUT DON'T LOSE PERSPECTIVE the reasons why you went through all of the preop testing- that wasn't easy, the liquid diet- no cake walk there, the months of debating whether or not you should, who to tell, how long to take off work, how to prepare your family and friends in the worst case scenario, etc.- all very tough and you survived it all. Don't give up now. ❤

    24hr dry fast nearly completed. Then I'll break it with tea and water and head back into another 12hr dry fast for (medical purposes). It always amazes me that the less you eat the less you want to eat with fasting. Good luck to everyone doing IF & EF 💖

    I started eating salads 6 months post op according to my trams plans and even then i went single ingredient style so i could test the waters. Hopefully you will be able to rekindle your deep and abiding love for the greenery after this trail separation 😀
