    My ex boyfriend is one of my closest friends now and he is not obese at all but can put on a little extra weight because like most people likes fast food and the ease of takeout. I convinced him start taking lunch to work and I shopped and meal prepped with him once. He keeped it going and 3 months later thanked me because at his recent physical they realized he lost 20lbs.

    ☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁☁ 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 💝💝 Enlightened Sweet Potato Pie 💝💝 💜💜💜 You will not miss the sugar 💜💜💜 Any flour sub can be used to make the pie crust but i used 100% whole wheat Crust: 2 cups Whole wheat flour, 1/8cup water, 1/8 cup olive oil, 2tsp sugar sub, 1tsp pumpkin pie spice, pinch of salt, Mix thoroughly into dough, roll thin, form crust Filling: 2 sweet potatoes, 2, eggs, 1oz half and half, 1/16-1/8 cup sugar substitute or to taste depending on type ( I used pyure stevia) Blend until pureed pour into crust Bake 350 for 30-45 mins or until firm and set. Let cool with oven to finish cooking process but watch and remove if pie crust is charing/burning.

    LEMON + Salad

    If you are cleared for raw vegetables especially leafy greens, try pre chopping them in addition to chewing extremely well. I wasn't cleared bt my team to have salads for 6 months. I think thays long by moay standards. I started with spinach then wilted kale as the bases. The additions were mostly legumes ans protein sources which i ate first anyway. Go slowly and let us know !

    Feeling hungry

    I have real hunger too and it started maybe 4-6 months post op. I have noticed that: foods with higher sugar/carb content make me hungrier for more foods, thinner foods even proteins will leave me hungrier quicker as well, drinking more makes me less hungry especially hot things, I cycle different varieties of foods in and out of my schedule, I revise and remove things from my diet as often as I need to when they no longer work for me, clean salads are like freebies in that I can eat as much as I want and its still only like 100 safe cals. Lots of trial and error in a safe space has helped. Don't give up for a moment. 💜
