Shhhhh I miss days all the time (not everything but because i simply forget calcium a lot) but I believe that supplements are intended to fill in the gaps that you might miss from foods. If you are getting valuable nutrients in food sources it's possible you might still be covered *a little* *malabsorption is a +++++ -
