There must be pretty compelling medical reasons to revise. Stick with the recommendations of yout surgeon

LololololololoL I would have settled for baby wipes but these were found first. With so many people touching me, i totally need to wipe down until I can shower

Arrived at the hospital at 630 am. Registered and was taken to preop area to collect samples amd change clothes. I was immediately started on lactaded ringers (IV drip), vitals taken , met with the anesthesiologists then my surgeon. Asked final questions i was unclear about. & received answers Taken into the OR and was pit under general anesthesia. Awaken briefly in recovery where i advocated for the proper pain meds (morphine does not work for me), fell asleep again to be awaken when i was in my room where my lovely Boyfriend was already waiting. Amazing. Feeling. Labs & vitals every couple hours but I got up to walk around. Told my Guy to go home around 11pm so he could rest properly. Walked again 4-5 am, then started the water protocol at 6 am but fell asleep again. Now im resuming the drinking amd spirometerji All in all not terrible 😍

What I packed in my hospital bag Feminine Wipes, deodorant, travel toiletries ]](tooth brush & paste. Lipgloss, eye drops, sunscreen cream), flipflops, turban, underwear, eyemask & ear plugs,, note pad, cami & shorts, robe, wristlet.

I used to mute the commercials and do short workout sessions until the show came back on ( Jeopardy!... Don't judge me 😁)

I like stretchy boy shorts for every day life because they are seemless under clothes. For special occasions i like lacy frilly things 😁

A lot of thongs determine WL, Age gender prior health issues bowel movem, macro levels hydration. Some people just lose slowly, I did. I know it seems scary because hear abput maximizing the honeymoon phase. Constantly. But yoir body will do mostly what it wants But You can still make it to you goals by sheer determination. Do Not five up or feel defeated. That's usually when the bad habits will reinforcetheir positions in your mind. Do not give doubt real estate in your WLS journey. Sleep /hydrate more, stress less amd join groups activities, challenges that keep you accountable and multifaceted Good Luck 💜

💜THANKS FOR ALL THE LOVE EVERYONE💜 Surgery went smoothly, had to advocate heavily for the proper pain meds ( me+morphine=no relief), walked once, spirometer going. Etc. Not a cake walk. But... I already knew what it woukd be like so i was prepared!
