There are many variations But Not likely especially if they didnt specifically say you could have yogurt/pudding during your preop liquid diet. What does your info package tell you?

💜💜💜💜 Thanks Everyone 💜💜💜💜 Day 6 post revision: I was going strong with energy, even danced a little in my bedroom yesterday Then the combo of weather and low cals swooped in. I'm exhausted. I don't have a large amount of fat reserve to recruit for energy like prior to VSG so I'm eagerly awaiting full liquids/pureed stage because I have things to do 😆. Otherwise doings ok, taking the meds/vitamins, drinking fluids, cooking foods I can't have for others lol, managing pain & falling asleep mid conversation 😂 Not a terrible first week 💜

I used to eat a lot of watermelon. In addition to being delicious it kept my bowel movements loose. It's mostly wster so perhaps its moving through you too quickly. Avoid it if its giving you bathroom issues or use it when you need to fix a bathroom issue Other than that i only used to eat a few types of fruit post op , mostly berries.

Were you eating eggs in Europe? I noticed in some countries they are shelved instead of refrigerated so i avoided them completely so soon after my surgery. If you weren't used to farm fresh this could be an issue. Also as @elcee mentioned it could just be a bug. Totally touch base with your Primary/Surgeon for a diagnosis & treatment.

Lots of people in pain have these thoughts but are you taking your pain meds and staying in contact with your team? This soon post surgery, pain management is crucial to how you feel about recovery... Good Luck 💜

It came down to a structure/spiraled sleeve, GERD, hernia and to a lesser extent gastritis, No regain No way to fix it all without conversion, Ive been telling my story here:
