Weight fluctuates wildly on many variables especially in women. I can weigh +/- 5 lbs within 3 days with no change to routine. Watch the range to make sure the trend is downward over time instead of consistently increasing incrementally. Good Luck 💜

I used to break it with a non IF approved drink before the meal but not a smoothie or protein shake. However There is a huge thread for IF with a lot of participants, search there for a wider range of answers.

LOL I constantly forget to take that balloon down ! It was when my BF quit his job, i decided to celebrate it to smooth the transition. I do feel fab and the clothes felt was so soft. BF gawked, people stared... I guess i should wear real clothes more often 😂

You're going to have to work for it ... try to cut out all snacking (only 3 real meals) then remove all sugar and flour items from your diet to see if your weight moves again Good Luck 💜

Hi! Wait a couple of weeks and see what your progress is like. The if surgeon performed the malabsorption part of the surgery, you will lose weight, how much is the variable so you may just have to work a little harder but you still have a tool to assist you 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The things you may have to concentrate on now is portion control and dietary/lifestyle changes. Many people (after the very intial stages) STILL have to focus on this anyway. ☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝ You didn't lose much of an advantage. You may have gained the advantage of skipping all the ill effects of changing the stomach size ( nausea, vomiting, tightness, etc.) And advance straight into a more veteran style (years out when the restriction is relaxed to the point of nearly normal portions) 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 Make sure the nutritionist/dieticians you see craft and tailor a plan just for you.
