    Still Nauseous 5 weeks out

Have you tried scopolamine patches? If not ask your doctor about it. Also Isopure, Premier and few other brands make clear juice style protein drinks
  2. VEGETABLES AND SALADS Sometimes when you have more capacity to eat you need to eat less calorically dense foods to balance it out. Try switching your snack sources to vegetables to see if your hunger decreases Btw just because you indulged once does not mean you failed or it has to happen often. Good Luck 💜

    ❤My Revision Story❤

Exactly 2 weeks post op now. Everything is going well No complaints. I have noticed I need to stay on top of laxatives and stool softeners. I believe I have a sluggish digestive system. Speaking of BW, Its a different color than normal! Craziness...
  5. Drinking water does not make people gain weight. Dehydration is very serious. Please hydrate despite what the scale says. Please understand the objective is to lose EXCESS FAT, not just weight. Weight can fluctuate based on many things but fat loss is goal.

    What The Hell Man

Hunger is real for a lot of us. The people who never experience hunger again must be very rare... I personally haven't met one yet. When my hunger returned , I turned to salads. It's not sexy but its really hard to gain on leafy green dressing free salads because the cals are so low. I then have flexibility for shenanigans 😂 Hoping you find balance and the critics are silenced 💜

    "I think you're overdoing it"

Nothing is wrong with positive coping skills they help immensely but an addiction even when it's not a harmful thing is still not desirable. (I can't remain healthy and completely reliant on BBC or Scifi as my mood stabilizer 😂) Only you would know if its true or not, but the people close to you , who truly know and care for you, may have insight you do not so don't discount their worries. Self assess and seek help if you need it. I say enjoy the gym if it gives you pleasure 💜

To fly or not to fly

My team does not allow flying for 6 weeks post op because of the increase risk of blood clots. You really should ask your Team about their policy. Good Luck 💜

    Probably a dumb question

IMHO Meal replacements and builder/gainer supplements are generally not for our population. They are usually for a vulnerable population at risk for true malnutrition or athletes (We aren't usually at risk unless their are exceptional circumstances, also generally not althletes in the early stages post surgery) *there are always exceptions The calories and macronutrient information on the label will give you clues plus your team will tell you their recommendations for protein supplements. Try to stick close to those specs Good luck 💜
