Losing weight (after WLS) does happens through metabolic and dietary changes However Raising your basal metabolic rate, strengthen of fascia and prevention of muscle atrophy can only happen through exercise (strength training in particular) That's why its usually prescribed as a part of a comprehensive plan. Humans need to move. Dr. V had *some* points (especially if exercise becomes punishment for food crimes) but there is a notable difference in the physical shape you'll be in if you do/don't exercise I've experienced both sides to the coin

I have done a modified version from the start (~2 oz of pp in coffee 1x daily-breakfast) It helped ease me into the lifestyle and I was able to do it for 5 days straight my first go Ive also done purer fasts wet and dry. What I noticed was the dryer the fast (consumption of no calories or liquids) the faster hunger dissipated and the quicker I lost weight (so I reserve these for religious & medical reasons) These days I have given up coffee entirely 😭, but my tea has a little cream in it. I did IF by accident yesterday and ended up losing 2lbs overnight (likely from water weight but TMI: im in the luteal phase of my cycle where I traditional gain lbs) HAPPY FASTING EVERYONE

Also a correction I only could find 8... The others must be hiding.😂 I'm definitely getting silicone sheets to help fade them.

Well Well Well... I just realized Its been a proper year since I started IF.
