Well Well Well... I just realized Its been a proper year since I started IF. Happy to have shared this journey with everyone 🙌 I love the flexibility of being able to go on/off the IF lifestyle as needed. I find it easy to slip right back into it so that's a win. I totally will be doing this for life 🏆 -
