Can you take your approved pain meds? Drink tea? Gargle with salt water? Etc... If you still dont feel well and temp is up your surgeon should be notified either way. -

Its very very possible to stay the same weight for a few weeks. If your diet is still on point, its likely just a stall. -

My senses of smell and taste are also altered (I eben smell people and animals differently If it doesn't smell right i won't even bother to be near it Is there anything on your plan that doesn't bother you? Try sticking to that. Good Luck 💜

I would love that as well. I cook pretty much every night. When I was on WW I made some amazingly healthy & delicious meals. I used skinnytaste, Emily bites and a few others. Feel free to share with us too! -

Good morning Good people B-Side Question: What is the best lie you ever told? *I recently told someone (in person) that they appeared to have lost weight. I didnt actually notice it but u thought wth. They actually had lost a few lbs and were so elated soneone noticed they started listing off their next steps to keep it going 😍

Are you home already? If not, may I suggest that you advocate very strongly for different pain meds. Once your pain is well managed you may feel a lot happier during the recovery period that follows ❤CONGRATULATIONS❤ on a safe surgery btw

My lonely microwave egg lol first egg (eaten outside of ricotta bake) since revision surgery Went much better than deli meat (i can't tolerated poultry yet/again) Added sweet potato on top... Tossed the afters (about 10% sorry no photo)
