I haven't been to a McD for a long time. I bought icecream for my kids once upon a time 😂 What options do they have? Baked potatoes, chili, burger w/just cheese, Etc?

Im not certain. They are a little crispy but i feel like commercial brands airpop/fry or some similar technology to get that light airy texture. Mine still feel like beans just not as mushy. What texture did yours have?

You're not alone. Many people stray from plan a little (but you probably will not see it written about for fear of being berated) I also started some solids sooner than recommended. I started regular beans in the pureed stage, I had a bite of fried dough about 1.5 weeks after surgery, a bite of cake for a going away party, etc. I did keep up on protein, only breaking from plan for worthy cause but returning immediately and watching diligently at my hydration levels. Don't worry about whose looking and judging (except your surgeon 😂) stay vigilant in your journey and enjoy your success.

Welcome! You're in the home stretch now! Spinal leaks *shouldn't* be a problem/factor as general anesthesia is used not epidural blockers. Plus that incident was 4 years ago. If no problem occured since, you *should* be all clear. Neuro usually will clear you if you talk to your practitioner first so they know about surgery and your plan. My Neuro cleared me no problem for my original VSG and wasn't needed for my RNY (I had a spinal leak over a year ago from LP and had to spend 8 or 9 days in the hospital. It was a non factor when I needed to schedule my revision surgery as it was an isolated event) Good Luck 💜

Any set of activities geared specifically towards your (mental physical and metaphysical) happiness and overall well being. Exercise is one aspect of course. But other things like retreating into nature, spa days, disconnecting from technology, prayer, charitable acts, binging netflix, etc are also apart of it. Here's a pretty nice list:
