They usually look like: Breakfast : water, tea, protein shake Snack: vitamins & meds 😂 Lunch : yogurt, broth, water, tea Snack: jello Dinner: ricotta bake, protein shake, water, tea Snack: popsicle Extra snack: water, sleep 😂 Good Luck 💜
