You can do it! Toss everything thats problematic, find your original instructions and go hard core! They usually look like: Breakfast : water, tea, protein shake Snack: vitamins & meds 😂 Lunch : yogurt, broth, water, tea Snack: jello Dinner: ricotta bake, protein shake, water, tea Snack: popsicle Extra snack: water, sleep 😂 Good Luck 💜

I had a total wardrobe overhaul around 4 months post op (went on vacation/change of seasons) altering/tailoring things along the way until I could not anymore. Then purchased a piece at a time (minimalist/capsule wardrobe)
