I scar 2x darker than my normal skin tone (Fitzpatrick IV skin scarring to a VI) As everyone said (and it's going to be hard to get just now) you *may* care less and less about the small stuff like 5-6 tiny scars. What you *may* really begin to care about down the line of research is how proficient or skilled your surgeon is at any surgery done to have the best possible post surgical outcomes (that is within your control) Or you *may* still care... Probably eating too quickly plus the foods are not sitting well. Slow down a bit and stop completely once burping vomiting occurs Check with your team if they want you to have pasta/brown rice now. Good Luck 💙

11/4-7: 4: Its hard to figure out the memory I'm most grateful for. I feel a rush of love and nostalgia thinking about everything (except Exes they can walk the plank 😝) but i guess comparing my childhood memories to when my children were very young gets me utterly misty eyed 5: Im not going to lie, Washer and Dryer. I can't really operate without them. I no laundry literally nonstop not because i have so much but because I think I'm a touch germaphobe 😳 6. Very warm days with peaceful sun rises win hands down. Colorful changing seasons are a second runner up, rainstorms at bedtime. 🙌 7. Tip top of my list: Torah. I'm a Hebrew 😍, beyond that Sci-fi, thrillers, fantasy, etc.

No I was originally sleeved but converted to RNY But if you have the sleeve (with no complications) it was originally created to be 1/2 of the DS (and I guess now SIPS) process. RNY Is the progression to control reflux (what I had) If I had weight regain (but no reflux) with my sleeve I would have seriously considered DS/SIPS Speak with your surgeon and they will conduct testing which will ultimately make the final recommendations.
